Role Description
Marketing Graphic Designer (On-site)
This is a full-time on-site Marketing Graphic Designer position based in Sharjah, UAE. The Marketing Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually engaging graphic designs, developing branding materials, and supporting marketing campaigns. Additional responsibilities include designing graphics for digital and print media, managing visual content for social media channels, and collaborating with the marketing team to align visuals with overall marketing strategies.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Graphic Design, Graphics, and Branding
Knowledge and experience in Social Media Marketing and general Marketing strategies
Proficiency with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
Ability to develop innovative and visually appealing designs that align with brand guidelines
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team
Familiarity with the natural stone or construction industry would be an advantage
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field is preferred

DRAFTSMAN – NATURAL STONE INDUSTRY
Job Title: Draftsman – Natural Stone Industry

Experience: 2–5 years
Job Summary:
We’re hiring a skilled Draftsman with experience in the natural stone industry. You’ll prepare detailed shop drawings, cutting layouts, and fabrication designs for marble and granite works. Your precision will help bring stunning spaces to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create shop and fabrication drawings (AutoCAD).
- Translate architectural plans into stone cutting layouts.
- Coordinate with site, production, and design teams.
- Prepare cutting lists for CNC/waterjet.
- Conduct site measurements when required.
Requirements:
- 2+ years in marble/granite drafting.
- Proficient in AutoCAD (SketchUp/3D is a plus).
- Strong understanding of stone detailing.
- Accurate, detail-oriented, and organized.

SALES EXECUTIVE
Location: Sharjah - Al Sajaa
Position Type: Full-Time
Experience: Minimum 3 years in trading Natural Stones (Marble & Granites)
Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and target potential clients in the UAE market for natural stone products.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market research to understand market trends and customer needs.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.
- Address client queries and resolve any issues promptly and efficiently.
Product Knowledge:
- Maintain a thorough understanding of various natural stone products, including marble and granite.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, products, and competitors.
Sales Operations:
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate sales contracts and agreements with clients.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM software.
Collaboration & Communication:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Coordinate with the supply chain and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Report regularly to the sales manager on sales performance and market insights.
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the natural stone industry, specifically marble and granite, within the UAE market.
Skills:
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel within the region. (Not Mandatory)
